Culture of 2031
1. The assignment was to explain what a culture was , their beliefs/ values, and what factors are. in our project we had to create what the future culture of 2031 will be based on the factors of to day and how their beliefs/ values will change or stay the same. we had to present this in a tri-fold board.
2. No, not completely. I feel like we could have done more to make sure our presentation was perfect. We could of had more factors and put more time in the evidence we found.
3. This assignment is like other assignments because you have to put alto of time and effort. You also have to work in a group and communicate with you partners about the project and how you want the final result will look like. I could use the experience that I have gotten form this project and use it for when I have a job to do and I most get that job done on time or I will fall behind. I can also uses this project to learn off of and know what I need to concentrate on and fix through out the new project.
4. Some of the strategies, skills, and procures I used effectively for this assignment is all way looking if my partners had email me something we could use for our project, always making sure my part was done before checking if me partners was. Some patterns I noticed was I would complete my home, and schoolwork.
5. Yes we did effective job of communicating of what we were learning on the project. If we were not sure of something we would email or call each other. I learned that I work good with people, and I could improve my work ethic and research skills. I feel that I could of found more information for the project, and making sure the project was complete.
6. My suggestion for my peers is to keep the conversation about the project, and try not to get distracted to easy or you might not get the project done. The best way for my strengths to improve is to stay on topic, and alway think of ways to improve the project I’m working on.

Legal Brief reflection
1. We were asked to investigate a Salinas valley ranch. And to find if The Fair Employment and Housing Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act, and The Ralph Civil Rights Act were broken or not in anyway. If the law was broken or not we would have to prove to a judge by finding evidence from our case, and explaining how it relates to the law being broken or not. Than we had to make a legal brief explaining the time period this event was taking place and the laws being broken or not, than a conclusion stating if the law was broken or not.
2. I first learned about a Salinas valley ranch that we would be investigating. Than I learned about The Fair Employment and Housing Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act, and The Ralph Civil Rights Act. After that I learned how to write and format a legal brief. I also learned that so law don't affect some people like some laws are made especial for women, who might get pregnant, or people who have disabilities. And so laws only apply to employers and some only to employees.
3. Yes I think any assignment you gave us show my learning. If I get a bad grade i have to study it until I fully understand the topic. And if I do fail an assignment than that also proves that I need to change my studying habits. Note taking also has a big effect on how well I study. If i need more help I could always go on the computer and look up the topic to get more information. And/or come in before or after school to get help.
4. I would give us a 8 because we talked and worked together but we could have done more to in prove. If we were to start the project all over I would make sure that our evidence is strong and that the evidences is accurate. Another thing I would change is the amount of time we spoke about our evidence because I felt that all of it was the same or really close related.
5. The reading the book for me was easy. I like to read but I also felt like it was hard sometime like when people are talking and there is a lot of characters and it hard for me to understand who is saying what. Also for this book the time period this book was written is different from this time period so sometimes I feel that I cant understand why they say the things they do.
6. There isn't a number I cant give you because there was alot of little thing at alot of different time that we changed the final draft of the legal brief. I think it improved the legal brief because some stuff didn't make sense and didn't sound like it belonged. There was also time that the information was wrong and had nothing to do with either of our laws. What helped me write the legal brief is the example legal brief you gave us.
7. I have a B in this class on the test I could study more. And on the project I could make sure it is on time and every thing that is required it included. And if I had a partner I could make sure that everything is finished and that I am an the same page as them. Another thing I could do is recheck the work we have already done.

To Kill A Mockingbird
I n this project we were asked to read the book To kill a Mockingbird and write/ preform a play based on the plot of the book using a modern civil rights issue.
In this project we used collaboration. Collaboration to me means everyone working together to get a job done. Some evidence that show that we used collaboration is everyone talking together and working together to write our play. When we were practicing the play everyone would help each other with their lines and if someone was having problems memorizing their lines we would keep going over their lines with them until they got it. Some other evidence is the picture on the left were Sabrina and I working together on lights. We had to turn the lights on and off at the same time at the right time.
In this project we also used work ethic. Work ethic is when you work hard until the job gets done. We showed work ethic because we work hard in writing the play. And in practicing the play by remembering our lines and if we had a hard time we would practice until we memorized our lines. I also worked hard in making sure the lights go on at the right time when the actors were ready and turning off the lights off when the actors are walking off stage. Another part I shown work ethic is in working hard in remembering my lines for the play and protecting my voice.

Fahrenheit 451
In the Fahrenheit 451 project, we were asked by our client John Smith ,Teen Ink opinion Editor, to write an opinion article about media and how it affects teens lives because he needs opinions from teens on the control of media. In this project, I used content literacy because I was able to apply Fahrenheit 451's theme of media control to our real world media control. I did this in my article by using quotes from the book and then connected it to a quotes from real people. For my article I used Ethos, Pathos and Logos. Ethos (Credibility), or ethical appeal, means convincing by the character of the author. Pathos (Emotional) means persuading by appealing to the reader's emotions. Logos (Logical) means persuading by the use of reasoning.
